WAKIL Gubernur Lampung, Chusnunia Chalim, selaku Ketua Kwarda Lampung menjadi narasumber dalam acara Workshop Penguatan Karakter di Era Digital tahun 2022 yang dilaksanakan Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Lampung, bertempat di Hotel Whiz Prime, Selasa (13/9).
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Chusnunia Chalim membawakan materi tentang Pemuda Menjadi Leading Sektor Perubahan Masa Depan dan Pentingnya Pemahaman Teknologi dan Informasi di Era Digital.
Narasumber lainnya, Kepala Bidang PBE Dinas Kominfotik Provinsi Lampung, Arief Nugroho menyampaikan materi Pendidikan Karakter dalam organisasi kepramukaan di Era digital.
Ketua Kwarda Lampung, Chusnunia mengatakan bahwa WHO menyebut pemuda sebagai “young people” dengan batas usia 10-24 tahun, sedangkan usia 10-19 tahun disebut “adolescenes” atau remaja. International Youth Year yang diselenggarakan tahun 1985, mendefinisikan penduduk berusia 15-24 tahun sebagai kelompok pemuda
Pada RUU Kepemudaan, Pemuda adalah mereka yang berusia antara 18 hingga 35 tahun, menilik dari sisi usia maka pemuda merupakan masap erkembangan secara biologis dan psikologis.
Menurut Chusnunia, ada beberapa masalah dan tantangan pemuda di era digital saat ini, antara lain masalah narkoba, ahlak, menurunnya wawasan kebangsaan, belum maksimal peran lembaga pemuda, pengaruh budaya asing, angkatan kerja, dan penyimpangan pemanfaatan teknologi hoak atau berita bohong.
Untuk itu, Chusnunia berharap, generasi muda harus menjadi agen perubahan dalam tranformasi digital. Berdasarkan ASEAN Digital Generation Report 2021, generasi muda berusia 16-35 tahun tercatat sebagai talenta digital yang memiliki kemampuan untuk membantu dunia terhubung lewat dunia maya.
Generasi muda berperan sebagai agen perubahan dalam transformasi digital di Indonesia maupun dunia. Pengetahuan digital anak muda saat ini tidak hanya di aplikasikan untuk diri sendiri, namun juga ditransferkan ilmunya kepada generasi sebelumnya dan yang akan datang.
Terakhir, Chusnunia menyampaikan harapan kepada pemuda agar menjadi pemuda beriman dan bertaqwa, tidak menjadi korban bombardir berita digital, kreatif dan inovatif, dinamis, motivatif, perilaku sosial dan pejuang lingkungan, bermental tangguh, berwawasan internasional, literasi perubahan yang positif, serta pencipta lapangan pekerjaan.(*ls/Lam/Ded)
