SMSI BANDAR LAMPUNG – Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (PPPA) Kota Bandar Lampung, Maryamah mengapresiasi kepedulian masyarakat setempat terhadap nasib bayi terlantar yang ditemukan di Desa Sinar Harapan, Rajabasa pada Selasa (8/8/2023) malam.
Kepedulian tersebut terlihat dari banyaknya warga yang datang untuk melihat dan menyatakan niat untuk mengadopsi bayi yang kini dirawat di RSUD A Dadi Tjokrodipo itu.
Foto IstimewaTerkait hal itu, Maryamah mengatakan ada prosedur yang harus dilalui oleh calon orang tua yang hendak mengadopsi. Bayi tersebut masih mendapat perawatan di rumah sakit sambil menunggu hasil penyelidikan pihak kepolisian.
“Untuk saat ini kami lindungi dan rawat di sini dulu, saya juga sudah berkoordinasi dengan Dinas Sosial
terkait adopsi itu, ada beberapa syarat yang harus dipenuhi, salah satunya yang mengadopisi ini pasangan nikah resmi minimal tiga tahun belum punya anak, lalu ditegaskan oleh putusan Pengadilan Negeri,” ungkap Maryamah kepada awak media di RSUD A Dadi Tjokrodipo, Kamis (10/8/2023).
“Tetapi sekarang kita masih menunggu hasil BAP polisi. Apakah ada unsur sengaja atau tidak, tetap harus ditindak,” imbuhnya.
Menurut Maryamah penemuan bayi ini merupakan yang pertama di tahun 2023. “Selama saya menjabat, ini pertama, mudah-mudahan tidak ada lagi kerjadian seperti ini,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Plt Direktur RSUD A Dadi Tjokrodipo dr. Ferri Mulyadi mengatakan selama dirawat, bayi perempuan dengan berat badan 3.300 gram dan panjang 50 cm itu dalam kondisi stabil.
“Secara klinis semua pengecekan darah dan lainnya bagus, tapi di area kemaluan dan paha ada bekas gigitan semut dan sudah diatasi. Tali pusarnya sendiri sudah terpasang lem, yang berarti bayi ini melewati persalinan medis,” bebernya.
Meski dalam kondisi stabil, lanjut Ferri, baipindah dari ruang perinatologi sebab masih dalam pemantauan dokter untuk mengantisipasi kemungkinan infeksi.
Pada kesempatan yang sama, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Badar Lampung Desti Mega Putri menjelaskan pihaknya telah berkordinasi dengan UPT Puskesmas setempat untuk mengetahui apakah ada warga yang melahirkan di sana.
“Saya sudah koordinasi dengan Puskesmas sana, keliatan sekali bukan warga Rajabasa mengingat desa itu berbatasan dengan kabupaten lainnya. Sementara ini tidak ada yang melahirkan atau membuang bayinya pada puskemas wilayah itu,” terangnya.
Camat Rajabasa Hendri Satria menegaskan pihaknya kini tengah mengupayakan pencarian orang tua yang tega membuang bayinya itu.
“Kebetulan saya habis rapat lintas sektor, kemungkinan ada para medis yang membantu. Saya instruksikan lurah untuk menyebarkan informasi kepada warga adanya penemuan bayi dengan ciri-ciri khusus yaitu tanda lahir di kening,” pungkasnya. (Rls)
