SEBAGAI upaya mengakselerasi transformasi digital di sektor manufaktur, Kementerian Perindustrian (Kemenperin) aktif mendorong ekosistem berbasis Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0 dengan membangun kemitraan bersama berbagai pihak, termasuk memberikan dukungan bagi kawasan komersial.
“Melalui Pusat Industri Digital Indonesia (PIDI) 4.0, Kemenperin melakukan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak untuk mengembangkan ekosistem digital yang dijalankan dengan konsep kemitraan dan kerja sama antara pemerintah dengan berbagai pihak, misalnya perusahaan swasta dan universitas,” kata Kepala Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Industri (BPSDMI) Kemenperin, Arus Gunawan di Jakarta, Kamis (15/9).
Salah satu kawasan komersial bernama Correctio dibangun oleh PT. Jababeka di Cikarang, Jawa Barat. Kawasan tersebut digadang-gadang akan menjadi ‘Silicon Valley’ Indonesia. Arus menuturkan, PIDI 4.0 turut berperan dalam pembangunan ekosistem di Correctio sekaligus memberikan fasilitas bagi para startup lokal yang akan mengembangkan usahanya di PIDI 4.0.
“Kami akan mengolaborasikan startups tersebut dengan mitra global, sehingga mereka akan memiliki pengalaman dan network yang mumpuni untuk berkontribusi di dalam ekosistem tersebut,” ujar Arus.
PIDI 4.0 mengusung lima pilar yakni Showcase Center, Delivery Center, Capability Center, Engineering and AI Center, dan Ecosystem for Industry 4.0.
“PIDI 4.0 sebagai perwujudan Making Indonesia 4.0 diharapkan menjadi solusi satu atap dan pendorong transformasi industri 4.0 di Indonesia. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan ekosistem Correctio yang berbasis pada industri 4.0,” imbuhnya.
Direktur PIDI 4.0 sekaligus Kepala Pusat Diklat SDM Industri BPSDMI Kemenperin, Tirta Wisnu Permana menambahkan, PIDI 4.0 juga bekerja sama dengan Fablab Jababeka, merupakan Fabrication Laboratory (FabLab) pertama di Indonesia yang diresmikan PT. Jababeka pada Maret 2021 silam. Fablab Jababeka merupakan fasilitas untuk pengembangan industri 4.0 di Kawasan Industri Jababeka, juga sebagai satelit dari PIDI 4.0
Kemenperin juga mengapresiasi komitmen kerja sama dan kontribusi Jababeka sebagai mitra industri pertama yang menjadi satelit PIDI 4.0. “Dengan kesempatan ini kami berharap industri-industri yang ada di kawasan Jababeka dan startup-startup lokal yang ada di daerah kawasan Jababeka bisa mendapatkan pengalaman dan ilmu untuk mengembangkan usahanya,” ungkapnya.
Menurut Wisnu, Jababeka juga telah membuka akses bagi perusahaan rintisan dan industri untuk terus berkembang serta menghasilkan inovasi dan solusi berbasis teknologi di Correctio. Hal tersebut dimungkinkan berkat kemitraan yang telah terjalin dengan BRIN, Indogen, BISA AI, Telkomsel, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), Auk Industries, Gamatechno, Arcstone, Sembcorp, dan PIDI 4.0 Kementerian Perindustrian.
“Kami juga berharap Fablab Jababeka bersama PIDI 4.0 dan mitra industri lainnya bisa melahirkan startups unggul yang bisa menyediakan solusi dari masalah-masalah yang dihadapi industri terkait dengan transformasi industri 4.0 di kawasan Jababeka khususnya dan secara nasional pada umumnya,” tutur Wisnu.
Direktur PT Jababeka Tbk Sutedja Sidarta Darmono menyebut, sejumlah fasilitas kelas dunia yang siap mendukung perkembangan Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0 dikembangkan di kawasan Correctio, termasuk district cooling system, pengaplikasian solar panel, urban farming, FabLab, data center, smart command center, dan masih banyak lagi. Selain itu, juga dikembangkan kota berbasis Transit Oriented Development (TOD) untuk mempermudah aksesibilitasnya.
Sebagai kawasan industri terbesar di Asia Tenggara, Cikarang dipilih menjadi kawasan Correctio yang memiliki potensi besar untuk memajukan industri di tanah air. “Area ini juga telah dilengkapi dengan desain tata kota berbasis TOD yang dapat dijangkau moda transportasi LRT, MRT, kereta cepat, Damri, serta jalan raya yang menunjang kemudahan akses komunitas bagi transportasi publik, pejalanan kaki, maupun pesepeda,” pungkasnya.(*ls/Ind/Ded)
