GUBERNUR Lampung, Arinal Djunaidi menghadiri Acara Halal Bihalal dan Pelantikan Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Ikatan Keluarga Masyarakat Pagardewa (DPP IKAM Pagardewa) Provinsi Lampung Periode 2022-2027 di halaman Universitas Tulang Bawang, Bandar Lampung, Sabtu (14/5).
Pada pelantikan tersebut, Gubernur mengukuhkan Ketua DPP IKAM Pagardewa Drs.H. Azwar Yacub, MBA dan Kepengurusan DPP IKAM Pagardewa periode 2022 – 2027, berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Formatur DPP IKAM Pagardewa Nomor : 01/IKAMPAGARDEWA-LAMPUNG/3/2022 Tentang Penyususunan Pengurus Pusat Ikatan Masyarakat Pagardewa Periode 2022-2027.
Gubernur mengawali sambutannya mengucapkan selamat atas dikukuhkannya kepengurusan DPP IKAM Pagardewa periode 2022-2027.
“Saya harap IKAM Pagardewa dapat menghasilkan pemimpin-pemimpin, baik di bidang Seni-Budaya, Politik dan Pemerintahan dan mampu bersaing baik ditingkat lokal maupun ditingkat Nasional. Ini semua untuk kemajuan Provinsi Lampung dan Indonesia,” ucapnya.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Gubernur juga berpesan agar IKAM Pagardewa turut membantu dalam pelestarian adat dan budaya Lampung, terutama melestarikan tulisan Lampung.
“Lampung sebagai salah satu suku yang memiliki peninggalan budaya berupa tulisan dan bahasa Lampung, semoga IKAM Pagardewa bisa turut menjaga pelestarian tulisan Lampung, karena tidak semua suku di Indonesia memiliki tulisan,” kata Gubernur lagi.
Ia juga menyampaikan bahwa saat ini Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung sedang melakukan normalisasi sungai Tulang Bawang, dan akan melepas 1 juta benih ikan. Gubernur juga berencana memberikan bantuan ambulan kepada IKAM Pagardewa.
“Besok silahkan diambil ambulannya. Saya tahu Ikatan Masyarakat Pagardewa ini banyak melakukan kegiatan sosial. Jadi, ini akan sangat bermanfaat,” tutup Gubernur.
Sementara itu, Ketua DPP IKAM Pagardewa Azwar Yacub, mengucapkan terimakasih kepada para formatur dan tokoh adat masyarakat Pagardewa yang telah mempercayakan jabatan Ketua DPP IKAM Pagardewa kepada dirinya.
Azwar Yacub juga mengungkapkan bahwa IKAM Pagardewa siap membantu program-program pembangunan di Provinsi Lampung
