MENTERI Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif/Kepala Badan Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Menparekraf/Baparekraf) Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno mengajak seluruh pelaku usaha khususnya UMKM untuk dapat memanfaatkan program Akselerasi Keuangan Syariah Ekonomi Kreatif dan Pariwisata (AKSES) 2023.
Ajakan tersebut disampaikan dalam sambutannya pada webinar yang merupakan rangkaian program AKSES 2023, Jakarta, Senin (6/3).
Program AKSES dihadirkan Kemenparekraf guna membantu UMKM memperoleh alternatif permodalan sehingga usaha mereka naik kelas.
Program ini merupakan kerja sama antara Kemenparekraf dan LBS Urun Dana (sebagai penyelenggara layanan Urun Dana yang sudah berizin OJK) untuk menghadirkan program akselerasi bisnis UMKM melalui mekanisme securites crowdfunding (SCF). Dimana pendanaannya berasal partisipasi aktif masyarakat untuk menjadi investor. Program ini juga berkolaborasi dengan Dinas Parekraf DKI Jakarta dan KNEKS.
Dalam sambutannya, Menparekraf menyampaikan bahwa pelaku usaha kecil maupun menengah (UMKM) berperan penting dalam perkembangan ekonomi suatu negara.
Menurut data Asean Investment Report per-September 2022, pelaku usaha pada kategori ini di Indonesia mencapai 65,46 juta unit dengan kontribusi terhadap PDB sebesar 60,3 persen.
Namun di balik peran dan kontribusinya yang cukup baik terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, sektor ini masih menghadapi kendala yang sangat mendasar. Sehingga masih banyak yang belum mampu untuk menaikkan kapasitas usahanya.
“Oleh karena itu, saya mengajak para pelaku usaha dan masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam Program AKSES ini karena pada hakikatnya pendanaan atau permodalan ini adalah pembiayaan dari masyarakat dan untuk masyarakat,” kata Sandiaga.
Beragam kegiatan dihadirkan dalam program AKSES 2023 mulai dari kegiatan webinar, bootcamp, mentoring, diakhiri dengan Sharia Pitching Forum kemudian listing di platform www.lbs.id.
Deputi Bidang Industri dan Investasi Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf, Rizki Handayani, mengatakan dengan terbitnya POJK 57/2020 tentang Layanan Urun Dana atau Securities Crowdfunding, yang merupakan sebuah metode penyelenggaraan layanan penawaran efek dari penerbit (UMKM) kepada pemodal (investor) secara online.
“Sehingga program Urun Dana dapat menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk berbagai jenis UMKM dalam meningkatkan kesempatan mereka mendapatkan pendanaan,” ujar Rizki.
Dikatakan Direktur Akses Pembiayaan Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf, Anggara Hayun Anujuprana, Kemenparekraf berkomitmen mendukung akselerasi industri halal melalui program AKSES 2023
“Diharapkan industri halal mendapatkan dukungan pembiayaan atau permodalan melalui mekanisme securites crowdfunding, sehingga performa perusahaan pelaku UKM menjadi maksimal dan terdepan,” kata Anggara.
Direktur Utama LBS Urun Dana, Rezza Zulkasi, mengatakan melalui program ini para pelaku UMKM akan diberikan pembekalan syariah dan bisnis secara terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan. Sehingga pada saat pendanaan pelaku usaha tersebut sudah siap untuk meningkatkan kinerja usahanya.(*/Par/Ded)
