GUBERNUR Lampung diwakili Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi (Sekdaprov) Lampung, Fahrizal Darminto menjadi Pembina Upacara dalam rangka Memperingati Hari Bhakti PUPR Ke-77 Tahun 2022 bertempat di Lapangan Korpri Komplek Kantor Gubernur Lampung, Sabtu (3/12).
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Sekdaprov yang membacakan sambutan tertulis Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat menyampaikan ungkapan terimakasih kepada seluruh jajaran PUPR atas kerja keras dan kerjasamanya selama ini.
“Perkenankan saya dengan tulus menyampaikan terimakasih dan apresiasi kepada seluruh jajaran insan PUPR atas kerjakeras tanpa lelah selama ini. Melalui kekompakan dan kerjasama tim, kita menerobos berbagai halangan untuk dapat menyelesaikan tugas-tugas dan terus melayani masyarakat dengan infrastruktur yang kita bangun dan pelihara,” ucapnya.
Sekdaprov juga melanjutkan bahwa sepanjang tahun 2022 ini, Kementerian PUPR menerima penugasan khusus dari Presiden Joko Widodo untuk mendukung beberapa agenda internasional di tanah air.
Pertama, dalam rangka mendukung Presiden Indonesia dalam KTT G20 di Bali. Kedua, Renovasi Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) setelah dibangun dan dibuka pertamakalinya tahun 1975 silam.
Ketiga, Penataan Kawasan Labuan Bajo,termasuk Pulau Rinca, yang dilengkapi dengan berbagai kelengkapan infrastrukturnya untuk menyambut ASEAN Summit 2023.
Keempat, Penataan Kawasan Mandalika yang juga dilengkapi dengan berbagai infrastruktur penunjang pariwisata telah menjadi faktor kunci kesuksesan penyelenggaraan Event MotoGP 2022.
Kelima, Kementerian PUPR pun terus melanjutkan pembangunan infrastruktur yang menjadi program strategis dan prioritas nasional, seperti Bendungan, Jalan Tol, Irigasi, Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum dan Program Satu Juta Rumah pada tahun 2022.
Keenam, Kementerian PUPR terus melaksanakan program Padat Karya Tunai (PKT) pada tahun 2022 ini untuk mempertahankan daya beli masyarakat dan membantu menyediakan lapangan kerja bagi 611 ribu jiwa.
Yang mana, seluruh capaian pembangunan infrastruktur PUPR diatas telah turut serta secara nyata dalam upaya memelihara optimisme pemulihan ekonomi pasca Pandemi COVID-19, serta menjaga kepercayaan publik kepada pemerintah.
Pengalaman dalam pembangunan 1920 unit Hunian Tetap (Huntap) model Rumah Instan Sederhana Sehat (RISHA) tahan gempa di Semeru, Jawa Timur, hanya dalam tempo 4 bulan merupakan contoh yang baik (best practices) untuk dapat diulangi kembali.
Satu milestone penting yang akan dicatat dalam perjalanan bangsa kita adalah pembangunan Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) Nusantara yang telah kita mulai sejak Agustus 2022 lalu di Kawasan Inti Pusat Pemerintahan (KIPP), meliputi penyiapan lahan matang (land development),pembangunan jalan logistik, jalan tol, jalan lingkar, embung dan intake air baku, gedung perkantoran dan hunian bagi para pekerja.
Hal ini mencerminkan komitmen dan kesungguhan Indonesia dalam mewujudkan IKN sebagai bagian dari mimpi Indonesia Maju 2045.
Menyongsong tahun 2023, Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat ingin mengingatkan kembali pesan Bapak Presiden Jokowi dalam penyerahan DIPA PUPR 3 hari lalu, yakni untuk melanjutkan pembangunan infrastruktur prioritas,
Selain itu, pada tahun 2023, PUPR juga terus melanjutkan persiapan penyelenggaraan 10th World Water Forum 2024 di Bali sebagai festival air terbesar di dunia yang akan dihadiri lebih dari 30 ribu orang. Event ini menjadi kesempatan bagi kita semua untuk saling berbagi pengalaman, pengetahuan, dan memperkenalkan inovasi teknologi Sumber Daya Air di Indonesia.
Melalui sambutan yang dibacakan Sekdaprov, Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat juga mengingatkan seluruh anggotanya untuk berprinsip “4 Big No’s”.
“Saya juga tidak henti-hentinya mengingatkan kita semua untuk prinsip “4 Big No’s” (No Gift, No Bribery, No Kickbacks, dan No Luxurious Lifestyle), agar Kementerian PUPR bersama para mitra kerja tetap menjadi lembaga yang kredibel, diisi oleh insan-insan PUPR yang Amanah dan Akhlakul Karimah.” tegasnya.
Diakhir sambutannya, Sekdaprov menyampaikan ucapan terimakasih dan apresiasinya kepada segenap jajaran Kementerian PUPR.
“Saya mengucapkan terima kasih dan apresiasi yang setinggi-tingginya kepada segenap pimpinan, pegawai, jajaran dan seluruh mitra kerja Kementerian PUPR atas kinerja dan dedikasinya di tahun ini. Dirgahayu PUPR ke-77. Bakti PUPR, Sigap Membangun Negeri.” tutupnya.
Selain upacara Bendera, kegiatan peringatan HUT ke 77 PUPR tingkat provinsi Lampung juga ditandai dengan pemotongan tumpeng oleh Sekdaprov Lampung.
