SERIKAT Media Siber Indonesia (SMSI) Kota Bandar Lampung akan turut memeriahkan rangkaian HUT Kota Tapis Berseri pada Juni 2022 mendatang.
Dalam gebyar tersebut, SMSI Bandar Lampung akan melaksanakan Kejuaraan Renang seSumatera, yang diperuntukan bagi para pelajar dan atlet.
“Kami telah bertemu Walikota Bandar Lampung Bunda Eva Dwiana, menyampaikan akan turut serta dalam kegiatan HUT Kota Bandar Lampung, yakni dengan mengagas kejuaraan renang seSumatra,” kata Ketua SMSI Bandar Lampung Jefri Arifin, Sabtu (11/3).
Ia menjelaskan, Pelaksanaan Kejuaraan renang itu rencananya akan berlangsung selama tiga hari pada 23 -25 Juni 2023. Dengan berkolaborasi bersama Pewarta Foto Indonesia (PFI), dan stakeholder terkait.
“Kami bersama PFI yang menggelar Kejuaran ini, tentunya kedepan akan melibatkan banyak pihak lain,” jelasnya.
Kejuaraan renang tersebut, sambung Jefri, terbuka untuk umum baik para pelajar maupun perkumpulan renang seSumatra.
“Kita buka kejuaraan renang ini, di Stadion Pahoman dengan, kategori KU I sampai KU VI,” ujar dia.
Sementara Walikota Bandar Lampung Eva Dwiana mengaku akan mendukung kegiatan kejuaraan renang tersebut rangka memeriahkan HUT Kota Bandar Lampung. Dimana Pemkot juga akan menggelar lomba Billiard, Catur, dan Voli tingkat RT.
