MARTABAK merupakan salah satu makanan yang sangat disukai di Indonesia. Jenisnya ada dua macam. Pertama, martabak manis yang biasa di isi dengan kacang, keju, cokelat, dan lainnya. Kedua, martabak telur yang biasanya diisi dengan campuran sayur dan daging giling.
Di Lampung, ada martabak yang sudah banyak dikenal dan banyak penggemarnya. Namanya Martabak Bangka 333 yang dimiliki oleh pria bernama Arjon.
Pria ini telah membuka 3 outlet, yaitu 2 di Metro dan 1 lagi di Jatimulyo, Jati Agung. Untuk yang di Jatimuyo, Arjon mempekerjakan 2 karyawan dan buka setiap hari dari pukul 16.00-22.30 WIB.
Saat ditemui Travel2Lampung, Jum’at (10/12), Arjon sedikit menjelaskan mengenai Martabak Bangka 333 ini.
“Martabak Bangka 333 di Jatimulyo ini adalah cabang ke-3. Untuk pusatnya sudah ada di Kota Metro. Cabang di Jatimulyo ini kurang lebih sudah 1 bulan ini. Kami mencoba kuliner di Jatimulyo, kalau dilihat dari jalanan dari ramainya memungkinkan untuk buka cabang disini,” ujar Arjon.
Lanjutnya, ada dua produk yang disediakan, yaitu martabak manis dan martabak telor. Martabak manis memiliki 3 varian, antara lain biasa, revelvet, dan blackforest. Untuk topingya standar seperti martabak pada umumnya. Sedangkan untuk matabak telor, ada yang menggunakan bahan daging ayam dengan telor ayam atau bebek.
Untuk harga, sangat bervarian tergantung jenisnya. Martabak telor dijual dari harga Rp28.000-Rp35.000.Sedangkan martabak manis sekitar Rp28.000-Rp37.000.
“Awal mulanya saya buka usaha ini dari kakak sebenarnya. Dan, kakak saya pertama kali buka di Bandar Lampung, Antasari dan Way Halim. Jika di Antasari dan Way Halim menggunakan nama Martabak Bangka 888. Dan saya belajar dari dia (red.kakak). Karena di sana sudah menggunakan 888 dan kita di sini menggunakan 333. Sebenarnya tidak ada arti khusus dari martabak bangka 333,” kata Arjon lagi.
Ia berharap, Martabak Bangka 333 ini menjadi lebih maju lagi, lebih ramai lagi dan meramaikan kuliner-kuliner yang ada di Jatimulyo.
