PEMERINTAH Provinsi (Pemprov) Lampung diwakili oleh Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan, Kusnardi mengikuti Rapat Koordinasi Pengendalian Inflasi Daerah, secara daring dari Ruang Command Center Dinas Kominfotik, Senin (9/1). Rapat dipimpin langsung oleh Menteri Dalam Negeri Tito Karnavian.
Dalam kesempatannya, Kepala Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Margo Yuwono menyebutkan, beberapa kelompok yang berpengaruh besar pada angka inflasi nasional sebesar 5,51% di bulan Desember 2022 diantaranya ialah makanan, minuman dan tembakau, perumahan, air, listrik dan bahan bakar rumah tangga, serta transportasi.
Sebagai upaya dalam pengendalian harga berbagai komoditas, Kepala BPS menyarankan untuk memperkuat pengelolaan stok terutama pada komoditas volatile foods, menjaga ketersediaan komoditas pangan yang dihasilkan dari luar daerah melalui kerjasama pengadaan pasokan antar provinsi serta menciptakan kemandirian pangan dan mengurangi ketergantungan impor bahan pangan.
Sementara, Deputi I Bidang Ketersediaan dan Stabilisasi Pangan Badan Pangan Nasional, I Gusti Ketut Astawa menyampaikan bahwa untuk mengantisipasi kenaikan harga dan menjaga stabilitas stok pangan pada tahun ini, Indonesia mulai memperkuat Cadangan Pangan Pemerintah (CPP). Pengadaan CPP dilakukan dengan menyerap hasil panen tanaman pangan di dalam negeri dan impor.
I Gusti Ketut Astawa juga menyebutkan, Badan Pangan Nasional telah menugaskan Perum Bulog untuk melakukan Stabilisasi Pasokan dan Harga Pangan (SPHP) beras selama tahun 2023 minimal 1,2 juta ton (atau menyesuaikan). Tembusan juga disampaikan kepada Gubernur, Bupati dan Walikota untuk saling mendukung dan berkolaborasi dalam pelaksanaan program SPHP beras 2023, sehingga manfaatnya dapat dirasakan secara maksimal oleh masyarakat.
Plt. Dirjen Perdagangan Dalam Negeri Kementerian Perdagangan, Kasan mengharapkan Pemerintah Daerah, Satgas Pangan dan stakeholder lainnya untuk mengalokasikan dan mengoptimalkan APBD untuk kegiatan pengendalian inflasi seperti operasi/pasar murah, subsidi angkutan, subsidi pangan dan kerjasama antar daerah.
Kasan juga menyampaikan agar Pemerintah Daerah untuk melanjutkan Gerakan Menanam untuk komoditas yang mudah dihasilkan guna mengantisipasi cuaca ekstrim.
Di akhir Rapat, Mendagri Tito Karnavian memaparkan kondisi inflasi provinsi dan kabupaten/kota seluruh Indonesia pada bulan Desember 2022. Mendagri juga memaparkan realisasi pendapatan dan realisasi belanja APBD Provinsi se-Indonesia Tahun Anggaran 2022 (pemutakhiran laporan 31 Pemprov per 31 Desember 2022).
Dari hasil pemaparan diketahui, Inflasi Gabungan Kota Provinsi Lampung (yoy) di bulan Desember 2022 pada posisi yang moderat sebesar 5,51% sama dengan angka inflasi nasional. Selain itu, Realisasi Pendapatan Provinsi Lampung Tahun Anggaran 2022 sebesar 98,63% (diatas rata-rata provinsi 98,37%) dan Realisasi Belanja Provinsi Lampung Tahun Anggaran 2022 sebesar 95,02% atau Provinsi tertinggi keempat se-Indonesia (diatas rata-rata provinsi 88,77%).
Seusai mengikuti Rapat Koordinasi, Asisten Perekonomian & Pembangunan Kusnardi menyampaikan bahwa Presiden memberikan arahan agar Rapat Koordinasi Pengendalian Inflasi Daerah dilakukan secara rutin.
Kusnardi juga menjelaskan, permasalahan inflasi daerah menjadi perhatian Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung karena menyangkut hajat hidup orang banyak.
“Inflasi bukan hanya sekedar angka, inflasi menyangkut hajat hidup orang banyak, menyangkut keterjangkauan harga. Jadi kita teruskan upaya pengendalian inflasi ini,” kata Kusnardi.
Kusnardi juga menyatakan bahwa Pemprov Lampung telah melakukan berbagai upaya dalam pengendalian inflasi daerah, salah satunya dengan menerapkan strategi 4K (Ketersediaan pasokan, Keterjangkauan harga, Kelancaran distribusi, Komunikasi yang efektif).(*/Lam/Ded)
