SMPN 1 Ketapang mengadakan Gebyar Ramadhan Ceria di halaman sekolah. Kegiatan diikuti oleh seluruh siswa/i kelas VII-IX dan diselenggarakan pada Rabu (12/4)-Jum`at (14/4). Ini merupakan program khusus untuk membangun motivasi siswa dalam berbuat kebaikan.
Oleh karena siswa-siswinya beragam agama, kegiatan dibagi mulai dari agama Islam dengan pesantren kilat dan lomba-lomba keagamaan Islam, untuk agama Hindu dengan kegiatan Pasraman, dan untuk agama Kristen pun ada kegiatan tersendiri,
Kepala SMPN 1 Ketapang, Sude, S.Pd. membuka secara langsung rangkaian kegiatan pada hari pertama, antara lain lomba Da’i/ Da’yah, lomba lagu Islam, lomba fashion show Islam, dan lomba adzan. Pada hari kedua akan diisi dengan hafalan surat pendek dan Juz Amma. Selanjutnya pada hari ketiga akan diadakan tausiah Ramadan oleh Ustad Nurhadi.
“Kegiatan di bulan suci Ramadan ini, siswa-siswi atau peserta didik, kami fokuskan untuk pelajaran atau kegiatan keagamaan seperti agama Islam, ada agama Hindu, ada agama Kristen. Kami mengadakan masing-masing kegiatan agama itu sendiri,” jelas Sude.
Ia mengungkapkan bahwa tujuannya ialah agar mereka dapat meningkatkan keimanan serta kepribadian mereka lebih baik lagi. Tidak hanya di sekolah, bahkan di keluarga, serta di masyarakat.
“Melalui rangkaian kegiatan yang salah satunya lomba-lomba tersebut, kami harapkan ada perubahan para siswa ke arah lebih baik. Sehingga menjadikan akhlak mereka akhlakul karimah,” ucap Sude lagi.
Ketua Pelaksana, Nani Yustrika Sari S.Pd menyampaikan bahwa tujuan kegiatan Pesantren Ramadan adalah untuk meningkatkan keimanan dan ketakwaan, serta membiasakan berlomba-lomba dalam kebaikan.
“Biaya tersebut dibiayai oleh pribadi atau masing-masing, seperti dari sumbangan, infaq, dan donatur dari dewan guru. Biasanya di tahun-tahun yang sudah, kami mengadakan ceramah atau tausiah selama tiga hari. Di tahun ini, kami adakan Gebyar Ramadan Ceria,” ungkapnya.
Nani berharap, untuk tahun yang akan datang kegiatannya lebih lebih meriah lagi.
“Untuk tahun-tahun berikutnya, serta siswa sekarang ini, siswa milenial lebih antusias lagi dalam kegiatan-kegiatan Qur`ani, supaya mereka jenjang ke arah yang ke positif, serta lebih meningkat lagi keimanan mereka,” tutupnya.
