Sabtu (1/5), Hai-Toms yang merupakan pusat oleh-oleh khas Lampung mengadakan acara Supplier Gathering dan Buka Bersama di Asoka Luxury Hotel. Dengan mengusung tema “Bersinergi untuk Kebangkitan UMKM Menuju Era Next Normal” acara tersebut dibuka oleh Pemilik Hai Toms, Ibu Made Budhiari dan dihadiri oleh mitra UMKM yang telah bekerjasama dengan pihaknya.
Pada kesempatannya, Store Manager Hai-Tom, Suhendra menyampaikan harapan agar nantinya dapat saling bersinergi dalam mengembangkan UMKM yang ada di Lampung.
“Jadi, semoga kedepannya kami bisa terus bersinergi untuk sama-sama mengembangkan UMKM yang ada di Lampung khususnya, dengan berbagai macam metode. Salah satunya, yang saat ini kami lakukan adalah Program UMKM Mitra Hai-Toms”, kata Suhendra.
Pria yang karib disapa Hendra ini menambahkan, melalui program tersebut, pusat oleh-oleh terlengkap ini akan terus membantu pengembangan UMKM supaya bisa terus naik tingkat.
“Agar bisa lebih baik lagi, dan dapat berinovasi kedepannya, kami akan berusaha memberikan jalan, memberikan pengarahan, serta kami juga akan menggandeng para UMKM untuk kemudian kami bina supaya harapan nantinya UMKM tidak hanya berdiri di kota sendiri. Tetapi juga bisa merajai nasional bahkan pada tingkat global”, lanjut Hendra lagi.
Salah satu narasumber, Edi Darmawansah mengungkapkan pandangannya tentang UMKM yang dalam perjalanannya pasti ada permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi.
“Jika bicara mengenai UMKM, maka kita bicara tentang ekonomi Indonesia bergerak kebanyakan dari UMKM. Permasalahan UMKM saat ini banyak sekali. Salah satunya adalah tentang ‘melek’ teknologi dan digital. Kemudian, bagaimana bisa nantinya mereka naik kelas. Artinya, kita perlu mengedukasi para pelaku UMKM ini untuk bisa naik kelas. Ini merupakan PR kita juga. Bagaimana menciptakan UMKM yang punya pemahaman yang baik tentang yang namanya proses bisnis”, ungkap Edi.
Pria yang juga berprofesi sebagai motivator ini kemudian menambahkan bahwa selain melakukan pelatihan serta edukasi terhadap para pelaku UMKM, maka sudah seharusnya untuk tetap didampingi. Hingga nantinya, pelaku UMKM dapat menyerap dengan baik pelatihan, juga edukasi yang sudah diberikan. Sehingga, kedepannya para pelaku UMKM dapat mengeksekusi dengan baik dari pembelajaran yang telah didapatkan.
“Ya, tentunya hal itu semua perlu kerjasama dengan semua pihak. Mulai dari pemerintahan, kemudian pihak swasta, lembaga pendidikan, organisasi, serta ada juga dari media. Nah, kolaborasi inilah yang nantinya kita harapkan kedepannya akan mendorong UMKM ini bisa jauh lebih maju. Bisa terangkat ekonominya. Otomatis, perekonomian Indonesia akan tergerek untuk bisa lebih maju juga seperti itu”, pungkasnya.
