GUBERNUR Lampung Arinal Djunaidi menerima 2 unit Combine Harvester dan 1 Unit Mobil Ambulan VIP dari PT. Bukit Asam. Bantuan tersebut diserahkan langsung oleh Direktur Sumber Daya Manusia PT.Bukit Asam Suherman (PTBA),bertempat di Mahan Agung, Selasa (11/10).
Menurut Suherman, penyerahan kendaraan tersebut sebagai tindak lanjut dari Program Sumbangan Partisipasi Peningkatan Pembangunan Daerah (SP3D) yang dilakukan PTBA kepada Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Lampung.
Selain itu, Suherman juga melaporkan bahwa saat ini PTBA sedang membangun PLTS di Rejosari Mataram, Lampung Tengah.
“Sudah dilakukan peletakan batu pertama dan kemungkinan akan selesai dalam beberapa bulan kedepan,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Gubernur Arinal Djunaidi menyatakan bahwa untuk mewujudkan ekonomi kerakyatan dan dalam rangka pemberdayaan Provinsi Lampung sebagai lumbung pangan, maka salah satu orientasinya adalah kepada faktor produksi.
Dalam hal ini, dengan pengadaan kendaraan alat panen atau combine harvester, supaya dalam proses panen dapat lebih efisien, lebih menghemat waktu, dan lebih dapat meningkatkan produksi.
“Petani kita saat ini memang lebih senang dengan menggunakan alat teknologi seperti ini, karena lebih efisien sehingga waktunya dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan lainnya yang lebih produktif,” ucap Gubernur Arinal.
Lanjutnya, saat ini ada 2 yang berikan oleh PTBA. Harapannya, PTBA bisa melihat sampai titik optimalnya.
“Nanti kita akan kaji. Karena, selain lahan pertanian kita yang cukup luas, juga ada beberapa Kabupaten yang memerlukan combine harvester ini dengan cepat,” kata Gubernur lagi.
Pada kegiatan tersebut, tidak lupa Gubernur Arinal mengucapkan terimakasih kepada PTBA yang melalui program SP3D ini telah mendukung pengembangan pertanian di Provinsi Lampung.
“Terimakasih saya ucapkan kepada PT Bukit Asam yang sangat peduli dengan Lampung, peduli dengan rakyat. Dan alhamdulillah, selama ini kerjasamanya cukup bagus. Saya harapkan dapat lebih ditingkatkan. Apapun yang dihasilkan oleh PT Bukit Asam, muaranya untuk kepentingan rakyat. Semoga kedepan petani kita dapat lebih berjaya, dengan memperhatikan ketersediaan sarana produksi,” ucap Gubernur.
Kegiatan tersebut juga turut dihadiri oleh Manager Sustainability PTBA Hartono , GM Pelabuhan Tarahan PTBA Dadar Wismoko , Kepala BPKAD Provinsi Lampung Marindo K, ST, MM, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Lampung Dr.dr. Hj. Reihana, M.Kes., dan beberapa pejabat terkait lainnya.(*ls/Lam/Ded)
